Ingredients

  • 2 cans BRUNSWICK® SARDINES or BRUNSWICK® SEAFOOD SNACKS, drained
  • 3.5 oz. / 100 g whole wheat or multi-grain spaghetti
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, washed and torn
  • 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/2 cup radishes, julienned
  • 1/2 cup snow peas
  • 1/2 cup baby corn, canned, drained
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup / 125 mL light soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp. / 15 mL sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. / 15 mL rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ginger, ground

Directions

  1. 1Cook pasta as directed on package. Rinse cooked pasta with cold water and drain.
  2. 2Add vegetables. Whisk dressing ingredients together and pour over salad, tossing gently into mix.
  3. 3Add BRUNSWICK® SARDINES.
