BRUNSWICK® CHEESY PASTA TUNA MELT

Ingredients

  • 3 can BRUNSWICK® CHUNK TUNA in OIL
  • 800 grams Penne pasta
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 5 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup margarine
  • 1 tsp. each of curry, paprika, black pepper, chicken seasoning, pepper sauce
  • 1 cup large onion, grated
  • ½ cup bell pepper, grated
  • ½ cup carrot, shredded
  • 1 can medium sweet corn
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

  1. 1Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, cream cheese, margarine and seasonings. Add the BRUNSWICK® CHUNK TUNA, onion, bell pepper, carrot, sweet corn evaporated milk, and ketchup. Mix thoroughly
  3. 3Add the cooked pasta and mix until well blended.
  4. 4Place the mixture in a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in an oven preheated to 380°F for 15 minutes or until the cheese melts.
