BRUNSWICK® SALMON CREAM CHEESE SPREAD
- 1 can BRUNSWICK®° PINK SALMON 213g, drained and deboned
- 1 pack cream cheese (250g), softened
- ¼ cup onion, minced
- 1/3 cup parsley, chopped
- Black pepper to taste
- 1In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, BRUNSWICK® PINK SALMON, parsley, and black pepper.
- 2Form a ball, cover, and refrigerate until firm.
- 3To garnish, roll it in remaining chopped parsley.
