Ingredients

  • 1 can BRUNSWICK®° PINK SALMON 213g, drained and deboned
  • 1 pack cream cheese (250g), softened
  • ¼ cup onion, minced
  • 1/3 cup parsley, chopped
  • Black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. 1In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, BRUNSWICK® PINK SALMON, parsley, and black pepper.
  2. 2Form a ball, cover, and refrigerate until firm.
  3. 3To garnish, roll it in remaining chopped parsley.
