BRUNSWICK® SARDINE CALLALOO ROLL-UP

Ingredients

  • 2 cans BRUNSWICK® SARDINES in SOYA OIL or WATER, drained
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ¼ cup onion, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 loaf white hard dough bread (can be substituted with other bread)
  • 2 cups cooked callaloo

Directions

  1. 1Drain and flake BRUNSWICK® Sardines in Soy Oil.
  2. 2Add thyme, onion, salt and pepper, lime juice, and mayonnaise.
  3. 3Slice hard dough bread lengthwise and flatten with rolling pin.
  4. 4Add callaloo.
  5. 5Top with BRUNSWICK® Sardine.
  6. 6Roll bread tightly and slice into pinwheels.
