BRUNSWICK® SARDINE CRUNCHY ROLL

Ingredients

  • 1 can BRUNSWICK® SARDINES in Lemon Sauce, drained
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red chili, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 8 Slices of bread
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  1. 1In a bowl mix Sardines, onion, chili, salt and lime juice.
  2. 2With a rolling pin, flatten bread slides.
  3. 3Place 1 tbsp Sardine mixture over each bread slice and roll.
  4. 4Dip rolls in egg wash and then in breadcrumbs. Deep fry until golden brown.
  5. 5Serve hot with ketchup and pepper sauce
