Ingredients

  • 1 can BRUNSWICK® SELECT CHUNK SARDINES in Soya Oil, drained
  • Cheddar and feta cheese to taste, crumbled
  • 1 stalk escallion, chopped
  • lemon pulp to taste
  • capers to taste

Directions

  1. 1Mix BRUNSWICK® Sardines with lemon pulp, cheese, escallion, and capers.
  2. 2Serve in small dishes or inside a hollowed out lemon half.
