Ingredients

  • 1 can BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA with VEGETABLES and JALAPEÑO, drained
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 4 tbsp. parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. 1Slice peppers in half and remove seeds and membrane. Place in a greased baking dish
  2. 2Mix BRUNSWICK® TUNA, parmesan, cheddar cheese, cumin and salt. Stir well to combine
  3. 3Spoon Tuna mixture evenly into each halved pepper
  4. 4Cover tightly with foil and bake for 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 350°F
  5. 5Serve hot with a side of your favourite rice
