Ingredients

  • 2 cans BRUNSWICK® FLAVOURED TUNA (LEMON & PEPPER), drained
  • 1 breadfruit (3 to 4 lb. / 1.5 to 2 kg), boiled, cooled and cut into 1/2”/ 1.5 cm cubes
  • 1/4 cup chopped Chadon beni (or cilantro)
  • 2 tbsp. fresh thyme
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup / 250 mL mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp / 5 mL lime juice
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. 1Place breadfruit in a glass bowl, add BRUNSWICK® FLAVOURED TUNA and stir to combine.
  2. 2Stir in the balance of ingredients and toss lightly.
  3. 3Cover and refrigerate until ready for use.
