Brunswick® Tuna & Breadfruit Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cans BRUNSWICK® FLAVOURED TUNA (LEMON & PEPPER), drained
- 1 breadfruit (3 to 4 lb. / 1.5 to 2 kg), boiled, cooled and cut into 1/2”/ 1.5 cm cubes
- 1/4 cup chopped Chadon beni (or cilantro)
- 2 tbsp. fresh thyme
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup / 250 mL mayonnaise
- 1 tsp / 5 mL lime juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- 1Place breadfruit in a glass bowl, add BRUNSWICK® FLAVOURED TUNA and stir to combine.
- 2Stir in the balance of ingredients and toss lightly.
- 3Cover and refrigerate until ready for use.
