BRUNSWICK^® TUNA CHEESY TACO SURPRISE

Ingredients

• 1 can BRUNSWICK^® FLAKED TUNA in WATER
• 1 tbsp. onion finely, diced
• 1 tbsp. chives, chopped
• 1 pinch black pepper
• ½ tbsp. cream cheese
• 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
• ½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Directions

1. 1Mix BRUNSWICK^® TUNA FLAKED, onions, chives, black pepper, cream cheese and mayonnaise in a bowl
2. 2Place 1 tbsp. grated mozzarella cheese in the middle of a microwave safe plate and microwave 30 seconds at a time until the cheese is melted and golden brown. Remove from plate with a spatula and carefully fold into a taco shape
3. 3Stuff Tuna mixture into cheese shells and serve
4. 4Serve with salad or eat as a snack
