Ingredients

  • 2 cans BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA with VEGETABLES
  • 200g Chinese noodles
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp. garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 can bamboo shoots (8 ounce), drained
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp. white sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour

Directions

  1. 1Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot. Add Chinese noodles and cook according to packaging directions. Drain and set aside
  2. 2In a large skillet or wok add oil and place over high heat. Add garlic, celery, mushrooms, bean sprouts, and bamboo shoots
  3. 3Mix in salt, broth, sugar, water, soy sauce, and oyster sauce and stir
  4. 4Add flour and cook until thickened. Add BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA WITH VEGETABLES
  5. 5Serve over Chinese Noodles
