Ingredients

  • INGREDIENTS (Tuna filling)
  • 1 can BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA in WATER
  • 2 tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tbsp. chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. all-purpose seasoning
  • Black pepper to taste
  • INGREDIENTS (Potato Topping)
  • 1 cup potato flakes 
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp. complete seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. dried parsley
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • ½ cup evaporated milk, warm
  • 1 ½ cup water, warm
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese, grated for garnish

Directions

  1. 1In skillet over medium heat add oil and sauté onions. Add mushrooms and cook for 1 minute. Add BRUNSWICK® TUNA, chives, all-purpose seasoning and pepper. Cook for 1-2 min. and set aside to cool
  2. 2In a bowl combine potato flakes, butter, complete seasoning, parsley, pepper, milk, and water and set aside
  3. 3Using greased ramekins, fill half with Tuna filling and top with the potato mixture. Sprinkle with cheese
  4. 4Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15 min
  5. 5Garnish with fresh chives and serve with BBQ or your favourite sauce
