BRUNSWICK® TUNA SALAD WONTONS

Ingredients

  • 2 cans BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA in WATER, drained
  • 1 pack wonton skins
  • 1 tbs. vinegar
  • ½ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup pimento peppers, chopped
  • ½ cup tomato, chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp. mustard
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp. chives, finely chopped

Directions

  1. 1Place the wontons in a lightly greased muffin tin. For crispier wontons, also lightly grease the inside of the wontons before placing them in the tin
  2. 2Place in an oven preheated to 350°F and bake for approximately 10 min or until the wontons are a light brown in color
  3. 3Remove from oven and allow to cool
  4. 4In a bowl, mix BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA, vinegar, onion, pimento, tomato, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper
  5. 5Fill each wonton with 1 spoonful of the Tuna mixture and sprinkle with chives
